I get lockouts about every two weeks and have to clean the sensor again .Bad board?

If cleaning the sensor allows the unit to work again then

The sensor might be tired.

The wire connecting the board to the sensor mignt be defective OR you might try trimming the ends of the wire and reattach for a better signal.

GOT a meter test below.
