Howdy-I have a 1944 copper wheatback penny, great condition, perfectly readable and see-able.
Any considerable value?
It's worth about 10 cents.
Now, had this been a steel wheat penny from 1943 it would be worth considerably more as these were struck during WWII and are very rare now to even find.
Coiner106 - Need to know a couple answers from you ::#1-What is the mint mark under the date::#2-I need you to go to thye following site and find out ,just what the condition and grade your coin is:: WAiting your reply;F.B, E.
What is a mint mark? Do I need a magnifying glass? On the rim above "ONE CENT" on the back it says 'E PLURPBUS UNUM' Not sure if that's any help, but anyway!
Can you put a photo up of the front of the coin so we can see condition and date?
