93 honda accord. Cleaned plugs, charged the battery and put more gas with dry gas in it. Its turning over but not starting. HELP!!

If the CEL comes on and goes off normally, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), the problem is distributor-related. Usually, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil solves the problem:
