If the people I work with have been told by my supervisors to let them know when I have done something wrong , is that harassment?

[ if my supervisors have asked people I work with who are not supervisors to let them know when I do something wrong, is that harassment. This stresse me out.

Nope, not harassment. But why would they do that? Have you caused some problems?

What are you being accused of doing or not doing? Does it deal with not doing your job? Disrespecting your co-workers? Not coming to work?

It ticks me off to hear that a manager would have co-workers document anything. I was a manager in a large corporation for 25+ years and have to say that the company you work for is going about it the wrong way. They pay a manager to manage his/her people and they should be the one out there watching and documenting if something is being done wrong... not the co-workers.

    Hello Sped:

No. It's bad management and not illegal. I'd be sending out resumes.
