AOL has been our service provider for over 12 years.A frtnight agowe could not get online.We spoke on the phone to an AOL techchnician and did as he instructed without success. We are only able to access through Internet Explorer We attempt to sign on to AOL 9 but as soon as we do a pop-up says it needs to install files. Whethe we click Yes or N it then goes back to Windows XP. HLP! Jill
