48 kilos is already rather low. How tall are you?
Exercise, that's what you have to do to achieve a flatter stomch.
Walking, and sit ups are great.

OK u can't lose fat in 1 part of your body or called spot reduction. It just don't work that way. Well there is liposuction. Cardio for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week plus a weightlifting program that trains each muscle no more then 2 times a week should do it. Eat 15 calories per pound you weigh. 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh and 3 grams of carbs per pound you weigh. Avoid sugary ones.also eat often to increase metabolism.if you have trouble with onctroled or over eating then do this. I use this when I'm cuting for a show. Eat a lot of celary before your meals. It will fill you up with no added calories which is what you want while cuting.
