    Heat pump thermostat wiring
I am trying to install a new Honeywell heat pump thermostat model TH5220D1003. I have looked at the installation manual and I am not sure of the correct connections. It list wires I do not have. I am not sure if the original wiring at the heat pump is correct. At the Rudd heat pump I have six wires; Blue, Yellow, Brown, Red, Green, White/Black. On the new thermostat I have L, E, Aux, G, O/B, C, Y, R, Rc ( R & Rc are jumpered together) Should I also jumper for emergency heat. The Rudd manual says I should install a jumper for emergency heat but I am not sure where since the diagram appears to be wrong. Need help!
