I have a 95 honda civic that has not been starting for a few days. Whenever I turned the key, it turned over, but it never started. My mechanic thinks it might be my ignition switch, but replacement is expensive and I thought that ignition switch problems would cause the car to not turn over. Any help would be appreciated to shed light on this situation.

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if the CEL comes on and goes off normally:
