Im 18 and the father is 22. Our little girl is 5 1/2 months and he hasn't come to see her the last two months. When she was born he waited till she was 2 1/2 months to even see her. He does pay child support but only cause the state makes him. I give him the chance to see her for an hour and a half everyday but he doesn't anymore and when he use to it would only be once maybe twice a week. He's says its my fault that he doesn't see her and calls me the wicked witch. He's mostly mad cause I won't let him run off with her alone. He's been very mentally abusive to me and has threatened to take her away from me if I won't be with him. I won't let him run off with her cause I don't know what hed do to her. I'm also breastfeeding so I need to be around if she gets hungry. Is there anyway I can take his rights away and make him go away and leave us alone?

No, you can't strip him of his rights. You can make an argument that he is dangerous to the child and request supervised visitation only if you have proof.

Do you want to continue collecting child support but refuse him visitation?

As Ben pointed out, there is a sticky note at the top of this forum that answers your question.

If you feel that he is a danger, you can have visitation revoked or limited to supervised visits.

If he is a real danger, you can normally require him to have moderated visits , but if he is not a threat he has the right to ask for visits not that you "allow" but you would be required and he could take the child alone.

Even supervised can be court supervised without you.
