What rights do you think hubby doesn't have? Many states let felons vote after completion of their sentence. If that's the right you're talking about, it depends on your state. Check with your Secretary of State.

The only other right he doesn't have is gun ownership, and he's not going to get that back unless he gets a full pardon. If a pardon is what he wants, he's going to need a lawyer to get it.

Other than that, there are no other rights to recover.
