Problem with this lawnmower, clutch pedal will not come out after engaged, can't even pull it back, any suggestions as to what the cause of this is, would it be a rod off or something like that, thanks,

It's a Mastercraft Special edition gold series, Model 28H707,

That is the engine model number, which Briggs says is not valid. The rest of the numbers with that number could help. Is the machine hydro or transmatic? What size deck (nuber of blades?)
Many diffferent drive versions have existed over the years with the variable speed pulley in four locations and different linkages on the transmatic with similar variations on the hydro.
I can get drawings, but need to know more info to look at correct year.
