I am installing a sub panel for my outdoor kitchen/patio area. I'm thinking of putting in a 60amp sub panel so I can expand to an outdoor living area (just north of the "LOT 35" mark on the survey) if I choose to. Here is the drawing:

I am going to run conduit along the bottom of the house from the main panel, then bury it to the sub panel. What size conduit and wire will I need?

Hots and Neutral should be 6 AWG THWN and Ground can be 10 AWG THWN.

You could technically use 3/4 PVC conduit but I'd recommend 1 inch for easier pulling.

I'd put a pull point in that conduit run. It looks to be about 360 degrees of bends and that's the max you can go without a pull point. Again, for ease of installation I'd put one just after the last point of attachment to the house. Possibly use an LB, LR, or LL. They should have these at home depot, just ask the guy at the store to show them to you and choose the one that fits your needs. It will take the place of a 90 degree bend.

Lastly, if there is any part of the conduit run that is not under the concrete you'll need to take it down to 18 inches below grade.
