How to program a garage door to my vehicle
I have a new home and am having trouble programming the garage door opener into my vehicle. The vehicle is a 2004 Chevy Tahoe, and the garage door is a Lift Master 1/2 horse power, if that is any help.

I've followed the owners manual to a "T" with absolutley no avail. Thanks a head of time. Hope you can help as NASA is my next contact, maybe they could tell me how to program it.

Being an X employee I can tell you that there are specific instructions for the Lift master operators. They use a rolling code. You need to contact a Wayne Dalton retailer and he should be able to get you the proper instructions.

Ok, is Wayne Dalton another brand?

Liftmaster is a brand of garage door openers manufactured/supplied by Wayne Dalton Corp. Look in the phone book under garage doors and find a dealer. Or go to Home Depot and see if they have the proper information.
You might also try their web site to see if they have the information there.
