    Implantation bleeding or period
Hi... I was wondering if anyone out there knew how long implantation bleeding is suppose to last. All last week I experienced slight brownish mucus discharge. I am suppose to start my period on Wednesday (Oct 18th; my cycles approx 32 days), buy I started getting wetter brownish spotting on Fri (Oct 13th). I think I ovulated on Oct 2nd (2 weeks ago) so don't know if I'm experiencing implantation bleeding or the beginning of a light period (I usually have 6day medium to heavy red blood periods). Today's Mon and I'm still occasionally experiencing light brown discharge and twice I saw a little red blood. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated since I just moved and don't have a doctor yet.
    Thanks

Please read this thread regarding implantation bleeding.

What is your age and I can help you better? Are you on any form of birth control? If so, what kind and for how long?

Please click on the blue words above and read the entire post. That should help, if not, post here again, answer the questions, and we will go from there.

Hi. Thanks for your quick reply.
I am 28years old. I've been off birth control since Jan 06 (but up to that date I was on various versions for 10 years).
For a little more background... I was pregnant in Feb but after 8weeks (Apr 30th) had a miscarriage. We have been trying to become pregnant (after the miscarriage) since June. In Aug and Sept I had 2 periods both months. The first one, each month, was approx 10days before my real period was due and it was always light (but needed a tampon) - nothing like the last few days when the blood doesn't even quarter fill a pantyliner... today I'm not using anything as I don't seem to need to.
    Thanks for your help.
