First I would make sure this line is not kinked behind the fridge. This usually happens when you push fridge back against the wall and do not pay attention to the water line behind it. Slide fridge out, check for kinks. If you don't see any, then turn water of to the fridge, remove 1/4" from the valve. Put towel over the valve and turn it on for few seconds. See how much pressure you get.
Also, these new fridges have filters built in. These filters will slow water delivery if dirty and in a need of replacement. Change the filter. See if the flow improves.
Is your icemaker supply run from the wall behind the fridge of is its valve under the kitchen sink connected to other filters, like R.O., or Everpure H300, Aguapure...etc...?
