Hello, I've recently installed a new starter motor in my Audi A3. It came with a brass cylindrical tube that fits over the end of the starter. When I took out the old one I left the brass tube in the housing anD am using it with the new starter. The brass cylindrical tube is the same with both starters. Is this likely to cause a problem with the new starter?
