You probably need to file a petition in probate. Are you the next of kin?

What does the Will say, what is the line of "inheritance?" Has this been to Probate Court?

The estate will have to go to probae court.

Probate court assigns an executor to represent the estate. The executor then signs a quit claim deed, giving title to the son.
