My honda civic 1995 lx 4 door is turning over and trying to start but will not any suggestions how to fix it

If the Check Engine Light comes on for two seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
