My 93 honda accord ex cut out while driving home and hasn't started since. Not too long ago the check engine light came on, the speedometer quit working, the D4 blinks on the dash, the cruise control won't work (the cruise control light won't even come on when). A little over a month ago, I had the timing belt replaced and it worked fine, but the above mentioned problems were still happening but it ran. Now it's not running. It will turn over like a champ but just won't catch. I checked for fuel at the service port and it seems to have adequate fuel. I replaced the spark plug wires, the distrubuter cap, rotor button, and main relay. Still it doesn't start. Any advise would be appreciated.

If the Check Engine Light comes on and goes off normally, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
