    Tighten stomach muscles
I am an Indian working woman, mother of two and both are cesarean delivery. I have stomach which I want to reduce so that I can look good when I were trousers. The stomach is flabby. How can I reduce my stomach. I am 158cm tall and 62kg. Is there any diet which I can start and simple exercises. I don't have time to go to Gym as I am busy with my kids once I am back home. Kindly help me.

I found some '10 minute pilates for abs' videos that are pretty good. They sell them at Walmart.

I agree, I used to do pilates everyday, and it really helped with my coordination and my stomach... and its not too intense. I love it... I need to get back.

Crunches every morning, (and I mean EVERY morning, no skipping) will do wonders for a flabby tummy.
