What are you going to do? Get an attorney to help you straighten this out as what you did was not exactly legal.

I would say that first you need an attorney, the bio father needs to file for a DNA test to prove he is the father, and motion the court to change the birth certificate.

In a few states in the US this may not even be possible if you waited too long.
