What motivates you in the work environment it they ask in interview how to answer in professional way

I work 11pm-7am and my motivation is

The job itself. If you like what you're doing, you don't feel working at all.
Getting along with co-workers.
Appreciation for the effort and good job.
Some compensation to show appreciation.
Benefits.
Working hours.

Yep I won't work anywhere doing anything I don't like at least not for long.
My motto is if you can look at it as play instead of work then it is all good.
I try to find jobs where I can work without supervision and can listen to the radio, be able to drink (soda or juice) when I want and working out doors in the summer is a big plus.
