No I don't think so. I didn't show until I was 7 months. Really. It may be because of the tummy tuck or because of how your body is formed.

Not to worry- a lot of women go through this, so your not alone. There is enough room for the fetus to grow.

It's not the size of the tummy that's the concern, it's the size of the uterus. Since you uterus wasn't involved in the tummy tuck there is no worry. Your skin will stretch to accommodate the growing baby.
