    Toilet bowl not flushing correctly
I have recently started having trouble with my toilet. I have tried cleaning out the little holes under the seat, and cleaning out the little jet thing; and it still doesn't flush correctly, it fills up to the very top of the bowl but then just drains out slowly and doesn't "flush".

Sounds like you may have a clog in the bowl. Purchase a closet auger (see image) and auger the bowl. If that doesn't get it click on back and we'll proceed to plan "B". Tom

Thanks for the quick response unfortunately I fixed the problem. I turned off the water and let the bowl soak in CLR for the night, woke up and it worked great. Thank you anyway.

Kudos for fixing your problem! You had a either a blocked jet or so much mineral built up in the trap it stopped the siphon action. Good luck in the future, Tom
