Okay so I about a yr ago stole my step moms engagement ring (did not know at the time)
N 4got about it for about 6 mnths then my bro finds it I tell him to keep it or give it back to them because I figured it was fake well 6 mnths later he gives it to my dad now if I don't pay $1000 for her other ring that I did not touch they are going to charge me with theft over $5000.. Basically am I able to get out of this if I deny it and fight it or is it part blackmail just commments advise what do I do...
