How do I take parental rights away
I have a 2 year son and I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to do or how to find out information about taking parental rights away.

This is a very commonly asked question; there is a sticky posted in the Family Law section of this site regarding this situation:

Chances are you don't. If you are married and your husband wants to adopt then possibly the father can be convinced to willingly give up his rights... but really that is the only concrete reason it happens. It CAN happen against the father's will, but usually only in cases of physical abuse against the child or extended prison sentances.

As noted, it is not easy and often not even possible.

Normally it only happens in extreme cases. Can you tell us more about your problems
