Error signature
AppName: service.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0. ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0. Offset: 00461682
No snswer seem to be found, but I would reinstall ie7
Download and install with recommended settings, just let it install over what you have now
Internet Explorer: Get It Now
I'm guessing that you have Windows XP, I have seen "services.exe" appear before, there is a hotfix for it.
Error message on a Windows XP-based computer: "An access violation has occurred in Services.exe":
(You must have service pack 2, to install that Hotfix)Code:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943303/
I'm curious, have you Service Pack 3 installed (if you have XP), as services.exe has a fix in Pack 3. If not you can forget about the hotfix if you like and install Service Pack 3.
