Honda power slipage during driving and cut out at stop sign for the first 15 minutes
I have a 1999 honda accord ex. It was really cold here in the last week (MN) and when I started the veh. It seems as if it was running on only couple cylinders-I can smell the unburn exhaust. I drove it for about 7 miles and it was sluggish. I smoothed out by the time I got home (8mi). This happened at least couple more times.
Yesterday was a little different since the weather was little warmer (negative 24 F). I started the car to warm it up midday. I drove it for about 1 mile and it acted up. The engine started to slip (no power) but was still running. I brought the veh to the nearest machanic and it did the same for him. I left the veh for observation and they could not find any code or anything wrong with it except for the engine cut out once. It ran beautiful for them after that. This was yesterday.
This morning when I warmed up the car before I go to work in the balmy temperature of negative 24 F, the car cut out couple times. As I was driving it didn't have the slippage issue;however, when I prepared to stop it cut out on me. It was driving OK, but happened again at another stop sign. Please help.

    Possibilities:

. Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor, located below the distributor.

. Ignition Control Module and coil:

. Spark plugs (NGK only), distributor cap, and rotor.
