91' civic, cranks great but doesn't start. Followed some suggestions found here & thought my igniter was bad. Replaced... still no start ( I'm not the best with a multimeter). Any other suggestions. Have been trying to follow TXGREASEMONKEY. Sounds like definitely a genious.

Did you replace the coil?

When you turn the ignition switch to ON, does the Check Engine Light come on and go off after 2 seconds?
