I am looking for a way to tone my body and muscles(but not make them huge), and reduce stress. I have friends who do yoga.
If this helps, I am a young woman, not overweight, I just have no body tone. I am in my house most of the day, and could spend 30 minutes to an hour on this.
I was wondering if anyone knew and good beginner poses for me to look up and start with.
