Problem. Limit switch by pass limit switch run OK. Installed new switch runs two cicles blow out circuit braker. By pass limit switch runs OK.

Sounds like the unit has a problem and the limit/safety switch is working like it should.

You need to find the REAL problem and not the symptoms of the problem.
