I use to always think and rethink things in my mind and have a racing mind.
You need to just learn self control to recondition your thinking, make a consciousness effort to think about other things. One of the things that I think helped me too is learning about many different things then my mind isn't only on thinking about something somebody said that bothered me or whatever. Like I studied nutrition and reconditioned my taste buds so I am not obsessing about that last piece of chocolate cake my mom left in the fridge. Also I studied psychology and people's personality types and that helps me to understand why people do the things they do.
I have so much to think about now I don't have time to obsess on any one thing unless I want to.

Actually I am a professional pilot with lots of self respect.Whenever I make my 'angel' angry with my agressiveness I have to bow my head ten times to make her OK.. Thatzit.

So it's the aggressiveness that is the issue, not the angel?

In that case if that is all it is then you are not so much obsessed with thoughts but more with following a belief system and your aggressiveness. Sounds to me like you would be better off asking specific questions on dealing with situations of your aggressiveness.

So, is it that you have a "ritual" of head bowing that helps you control your anger? YOu didn't mention how many times a week, a day or an hour that you have to engage in that ritual behavior... how often? That matters a lot.
