State select 75 gal water heater pr675xrvit about 4 yrs old. Fail to ignite.
Gas water heater. 75 gallons. State select model pr6 75 xrvit. Installed in 2005. Has been working well. Last few weeks, it stopped to come on. I was abled to cycle the ON-OFF toggle switch and restart. Usually take a few try.
The LED status light shows 101001.
    According to the manual:
Pressure switch remained opened longer than 5 seconds after the combustion blower was energized.
    1. Pressure switch wiring is incorrect.
    2. Pressure switch tubing not connected correctly.
    3. Air intake or exhaust obstructed.

The blower tried to turn about 3/4 of a turn, every time the ON-OFF toggle switch is cycled.

    Questions
    1. How does on check if it is the blower?
    2. Would the bower need to be replaced?
    2. Where to buy parts for State select model?
    3. Manual does not show part number for blower. Or any parts

    Hi Psc88:

First thing to do is to shut the power off at the CIRCUIT BREAKER for 30 seconds.

Then turn power back on and try to re-start the unit.

If that doesn't work then look for a red reset button on the draft hood. If red button is popped, push it back in. Then shut power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and then return power and try to re-start again.

If these things fail to work then contact state industries technical department at 1-800-365-8170 They will tell you exactly what the 101001 at the LED screen means. They will also be able to send you the correct repair parts.

Be sure to have a model and serial number available!

    Good luck...
