We had a hose leak in our shower and cut off the water pump at the breaker to repair the hose. When we turned the breaker on our water pump for our well will not cut back on. Any suggestions on what to do?

I assume that you have NO pressure right now. Likely there is a low pressure cutoff on the pressure switch for the pump. It is a little lever on the side of the pressure switch that will normally be horizontal. Lift it up about 45 degrees and hold it there until the pressure gauge reads around 20 lbs (I hope your gauge works!) then release it. If you lift it up to vertical it will shut the pump off. The pressure switch will take over from there.
