    Wiring a double switch
Can any one tell me how to wire a outside double light switch for two lights please.

The switch has six terminals, three at the top and three at the bottom.
    Hope some one can help.

Norm, then not much I can do to help without some information.

    Even a photo would help.

Did this switch come in a package or carton?

If I wanted to purchase one, how would I identify it without a manufacturer and part number? Where did you get your switch from?

With 6 terminals, sounds like a double 3 way,or 3 way over 3 way combination. Is there ON and OFF stamped on the switch handles?

If you have a continuity tester, you can ring out the terminals to see how the switch works.
