I have belt system and a prodrive 3222c-z garage door opener. The problem I am seeing is that the garage door stops halfway while closing. The latch detaches from the trolley at a certain point. If I manually close the door and let the latch align with the trolley by pressing the wall mount switch, the latch seems to lock in with the trolley and the door opens fine. However, while closing it the latch and the trolley detach, always at a particular point.
Are there something's I can try before I call a professional?
