Tjmothy - There is several different reasons you don't have heat on the dryer
#1- check to see if you have 220 volts to the dryer, if you don't have a VOLT -OHM meter that will read 220volts, Go to Lowe's OR HOME DEPOT <SEARS< ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND GET ONE BUT MAKE SURE IT WILL READ THAT HIGH VOLTAGE , CHECK , At the receptical to see if there is 220 comeing to the receptical, ( NOTE) The dryer will run on 110 volts but will not have the power for heater coils to work::
Tjmothy- Go to post by (Isjpunk) & posts below you There are three different posts on this same reason ,I have posted on them the probabsale cause and how to do the testing with a volt-ohm meter and what is good readings and bad readings . You will probably find your trouble at the heating coil. Let me know if you need any further help with your problem ;; Have a good day and remember that you are messing with 220 and it is NOT FORGIVEING< STAY SAFE , GOD BLESS::: F.B.E.
