I know a great workout video that help me a lot. It is called 30 minutes ab workout for dummies. It also has workout for your gluts. They even give you a simple 5 minute workout when you don't have time to do a full half-hour workout. You can also check your local library for the video because that is where I got it from and then I burned a copy.
