This is a new furnace, it worked about 25 minute in all and when I turned it on the system and the pilot comes on but when its time for the gas to fire the furnace there is no gas, coming and then the pilot goes off, when I tried again the same thing happen, the furnace tries to come on but it seems there is no gas and the pilot turn off again .

Have the professional who installed the new furnace recheck his work and service the burner and controls to find the problem. The installer should warranty his work and the new furnace.

Sounds like the gas hasn`t been turned on
