    Begginner at using Kegal exercises
Ok I'm just starting to do a exercise called kegal exercise and I'm at the beginning of my stage where you have to make sure you are tightening the right muscles which I think I have it.but I just have one simple question after you working your behind muscles doing kegal exercises to control, maintain, and have a firmer erection.I just want to know these muslces .would they get soar after exercising just like any other muscles.because how else would I kow if I'm doing them the right way?

They will get sore. It's the same muscles that you would use to stop urine flow.

I can stop flow of urine pretty easy.and I can flex my genital area, although I haven't put a towl on it yet to see if I can lift it.I just really want to know if I'm doing it right.I tighten my PC muscles for 30secs and it feels like when I get to about 15 secs in I start to feel like I have losen up on the tightness or I have complety release like I'm lossing the tighteness of the PC muslces because I'm not strong enough. When I do release I still have it tighten a little bit.I really want to know if I'm doing it correctly because I have felt no soreness at all thus far
