I have a 2001 chevy blazer 4wd 4 door v-6 the dash lites come on some of the time I was told to replace the electronic brake control module is this correct any other info appreciated

There is likely a diagnostic code stored that would indicate a probable course to correct the problem.
In some cases, the module may need replace. But, not all.
Find someone to retrieve the code or codes and let us know.
