I have a Honeywell Vision Pro TH 8000. The batteries were changed, now the screen is LOCKED. NO buttons work. The display shows Tues at the top. At the bottom, 6 "buttons" the one on the far left marked, "done". The middle shows the year 2003 with up/down buttons next to it. At the top right, "SCREEN LOCKED", and the number 11 with up/down, and the bottom right shows number 2 with up/down. The backlight will come on, but I cannot access anything, or make anything change. I have changed the batteries, removed them for over an hour, even tried putting the wire between the opposite battery terminals to try and erase the lock. Any Ideas?

See install manual. Either set parameter 0670 to 0, or do a factory reset and do the necessary programming.

A manual reset button should be somewhere on the back of the stat face
