Judge might allow you to move or might not. If he's already in another State it might not make a difference. You might have to pay to transport the child for visitation. Hard to say.
What does your Court order say - if it does.
As Judy said, Visitation can't be given away. If there is a visitation order in place, you need to go to court for permission to move.
