I have a Kenmore Elite He3 and sometimes the dark clothes come out with a grease type mark on them after being washed. I have cleaned the washer with CLR but it did not make any difference. Does anyone know why I am getting these marks on my clothes? How can I prevent this? I am using only He approved detergent and with darks I was in cold water.

We have the same machine and the same problem. We've placed all kinds of service calls with Sears as well as inependent appliance repair companies and no one can find anything wrong with the washer. We've even called kenmore and they are useless. We are at our wits end.
