I have a hampton bay ceiling fan, that I need to move to another room.
The problem is I can't remember what we did to put it up, it doesn't have screws on the outside like all other fans. I'm sure it's probably something simple I'm overlooking. Can anyone help me please!

There is a small decorative ring that covers the screws. You twist it and it will slide down.

From then on, it disassembles like a normal fan. Follow these installation instructions in reverse:
