Hi there, I am 21years old, I have two little kids. I am 168 cms tall and I am 81 kg. I have started ridding a mountan bike with a tralier that's connected on the back with the two children in it, the trailer is 20kg and the kids are 20 kgs and 10 kgs, I ride 4 kms a day, 4 days a week, avarge speed of about 6 kms an hour. Do you think I will lose much "fat" doing this? I want to get to about 65kg by christmas, is that possible? Thanks
