I have a rebounder and I would definitely NOT recommend that you jump rope while bouncing up and down. You could easily lose your balance and fall off and injure yourself.
I do not use a jump rope while I rebound; I was just curious how I could get the same workout with my arms, while rebounding, that I would if I was jumping rope.
I made up my own exercise while I rebound for my upper body. I hold onto the attached bar on my rebounder and extend my body at an arm's length backward and pull against the bar as I jump around. It helps me keep my arms toned somewhat.
