When digging the ditch the piping was disturbed so the water is coming to the top creating a terrible mess with mud, etc. They are now trying to repair it with plastic like piping. They tried to attach the coupling with glue, spray foam, and have now taped the tubing together. Some water is now coming out over the top of the terra cota pipe. Can someone tell me how this terra cotta pipe issue should be handled? I have asked they repair it permanently rather than put a band-aid on the problem. As you can tell I am not voiced in plumbing so I hope this info helps you understand the problem.
