I had my engine light on at one time, and it still drove fine, but I had it checked and they told me what was wrong, but said I should leave it alone if it was driving fine, because it could cause me more problems. Eventually my light went off and then back on about 1000 miles later, but now it is off and stays off. I had a '99 Saturn. Does your's still run fine?
P1381--Cylinder Position Sensor Intermittent Interruption
This sensor is likely inside the distributor on your Accord. You need to confirm this. This non-serviceable sensor likely requires the distributor to be replaced. Check all electrical connections first. Go with a genuine Honda distributor housing and install your old ICM and coil.
