Brother and a Sister aloud to sleep in the state of Pennsylvania
Is a Brother and a Sister aloud to sleep in the same room in the state of Pennsylvania?

There is no law pertaining to age of brother and sister sleeping in the same room
But if there is a problem then CYF could get involved and then it would be an issue.
It is better to not have them sleep in the same room by certain ages anyway because how can you be sure nothing is happening?

We just covered this the other day on this link

We've had this discussion before. Very few places have laws requiring separate rooms for opposite sex siblings. I don't believe PA has such laws. Generally, age does represent an issue here. But I would think Family services would prefer that siblings share a room rahter than be homeless because they can't afford a home with enough bedrooms.

In Pa there is no law but if you are a foster parent, involved with CYF or on section 8 they do basically stipulate age and separate bedrooms for boys and girls and no more than two per room.
I think common sense and adult responsibility are important.
